GENK 2 Malawi 3: Kajoke Snatches win after Genk’s comeback

By Erik Chiputula
Malawi U23 secured their first win of the Belgium friendly tour as they beat Genk VV on Tuesday night.
A brave Genk VV come back proved fruitless as Hassan Kajoke scored a late winner for Malawi in a Five-goal thriller.
The Junior Flames took the lead in early minutes of the first half through midfielder, Mike Mkwate.
Malawi suddenly looked in disarray after their goal, no wonder they conceaded two quick goals before halftime.
The Flames equalised with 10 minutes to go through a curling effort from super substitute Patrick Phiri before another substitute Hassan Kajoke crushed home the winner in the dying minutes of the game.
Kajokes powerful late winner proved the difference in a contest full of attacking quality and defensive fragility.
