SUPER LEAGUE ROUND-UP TNM Super League Results: MTOPWA lose again, CIVIL go top, MZUNI and MASTERS both win in week two

CIVIL 3-0 KARONGA
Civil Sporting Club climbed to the top of the TNM Super League log table after collecting 3 points for the second successive time. Civil relied on first half Strike from Raphael Phiri and two second half goals from Dan Kumwenda and Isaac Msiska to beat Karonga United 3-0. It was a second game for the Servants who beat Mlatho Mponera with the same margin in their first game last week.
Karonga United moved to 10th position with 3 points which they collected on Saturday after their victory Against Mlatho Mponera.
MASTERS 1-0 MTOPWA
Newcomers Mtopwa football club dropped to 14th after being beaten for the second time this season. They lost on Saturday at Nankhaka Against Blue Eagles FC and on Sunday they travelled to Dedza where they suffered another defeat in hands of Master Security FC curtsey of Cuthbert Snators goal. Leo Mpulura’s side is back in Blantyre without a goal and dropped all points.
DWANGWA 1-0 CHITIPA
After their impressive performance on Saturday Against Kamuzu Barracks Football Club, Savenda Chitipa United were handed the first defeat of the season. They lost 1-0 away to Dwangwa United. Chifuniro Mpinganjira was on target for the home side.
ON SATURDAY
Mlatho Mponera lost 3-1 at home Against Karonga United while Chitipa United shared 1point with Kamuzu Barracks after a one all draw. Moyale Barracks taught TN Stars football lessons when they beat the Kasungu based side 3-0 and at Nankhaka Ground Blue Eagles FC used home ground advantage to beat Mtopwa football club 1-0.
