There is no Money in Albino Killings: Chimulirenji

Running mate for the ruling party, Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) Everton Chimulirenji who will stand on the ticket of DPP on 21 May 2019 warns people on Albino killings.
Chimulirenji said there is nothing a person can get from people with albinism, saying that it is fallacy that once you take parts of Albino you get rich.
He said this on Saturday at Kawuwa Primary School ground during Political Rally where people in large numbers that the State President has put aside K5 Million to make sure that those who shall report these malpractices are given a token.
“The State President has put aside K5 Million to make sure that those who shall report these malpractices with evidences are given a token.
“So that we end this behavior which is totally unaccepted because people with Albinism are just like us.
Chimulirenji added that everyone caught or reported killing people with Albinism will face the law and dealt accordingly.
“Let me assure every person present here and those who are listening that the government is concerned with this barbaric behaviours we are showing to people with Albinism and if anyone is caught shall face the law,” he added.
He further said he is happy that the President chose him as his running mate and he will make sure that all people have equal access to development.
Minister of Finance, Economic planning and Development, Goodall Gondwe, promised continued development come 21 May 2019 in the North.
“Northerners need to rally behind Everton Chimulirenji and President Peter Mthalika because if we miss on these two we should not expect development in the North.” Gondwe said.
Gondwe asks people in the North to rally behind Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).
